INFORMATION:   Human TIGIT (T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains) is a coinhibitory receptor expressed by activated T cells, memory T cells, Treg cells and NK cells.  It binds ot CD155(PVR) and less avidly to CD112(PVRL2).

Molecular Structure: A soluble molecule consisting of the extracellular domain of mature human TIGIT fused  to murine IgG2a Fc.
