Chemical inhibitor of nSMase2 prevents EV release

A novel and potent brain penetrant inhibitor of extracellular vesicle release” Camilo Rojas, Barbara Slusher, et al. 2019 Brit J Pharmacology 176: 3857-70. Doi: 10.1111/bph.14789.
