Antibody was Protein A purified from (low FBS containing) tissue culture supernatant and conjugated to R-Phycoerythrin through a sulfo-ester linkage. Unconjugated antibody was removed using size exclusion chromatography.
PERFORMANCE: Mouse IgG3/R-PE was tested as a negative control in Flow cytometry at 5 Cells tested: Human PBL, HPB-MLT, Nalm-6, U937, Molt-4, and Raji (cells expressing Fc receptors were pre-blocked with human IgG).
