INFORMATION:
Goat anti-Mouse/FITC is reactive with Mouse Ig subclasses: G1, G2a, G2b, G3. It also reacts well with all Ancell Mouse IgM antibodies. Reagent does not bind significantly to any human cells or cell lines tested.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store at 2 - 5oC. Freeze/thawing not recommended. Protect from light. PRODUCT STABILITY:

preservative). PRODUCTION:
Antiserum was obtained from goats immunized with purified mouse IgG, and polyclonal antibody was purified by immunospecific affinity chromatography. Nonspecific binding was reduced by adsorbtion to human serum proteins. The prep was then reacted with FITC. Unconjugated FITC was removed from conjugate using extensive dialysis. Antibody conjugate is at 0.51 mg/ml with a Fluoroscein/Antibody molar ratio of 3.14.
PERFORMANCE: When used as a second step reagent in Flow cytometry, optimal resolution between signal and background with Ancell Mouse anti-Human antibodies was obtained using 50 Cells types tested:
Ficolled human peripheral blood lymphocytes, CEM, HPB-MLT, Nalm-6, Jurkat, U-937, Molt-4, Raji, Daudi and KG-1 (Some cells were pre-blocked with human IgG to prevent non specific binding).
