PERFORMANCE: Reagent was tested as a 2^o staining reagent for use with CD8 alpha containing recombinant fusion proteins. Optimal signal was observed when 5 x 10⁵ preincubated cells per tube were washed and incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80ml of anti-mouse CD8 alpha/Biotin at a concentration of 10 mg/ml, after which they were washed twice and incubated with of 2^o reagent Streptavidin/R-PE (Catalog #253-050).
