STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store at 2 - 5o C. Freeze/Thawing is not recommended.

PRODUCT STABILITY: Product should retain activity for at least 12 months after shipping date when stored as recommended. Ship Date:_____________

BUFFER: 50 mM Sodium Phosphate pH 7.5, 100 mM Potassium Chloride, 150mM NaCl, 0.5 mg/ml Gentamicin Sulfate (as a preservative).

PRODUCTION: Antibody from (low FBS containing) tissue culture supernatant was Protein G purified and reacted with NHS-Biotin. Unconjugated Biotin was removed from conjugate using a desalting column.

PERFORMANCE: Reagent was tested as a 2o staining reagent for use with CD8 alpha containing recombinant fusion proteins. Optimal signal was observed when 5 x 105 preincubated cells per tube were washed and incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80ml of anti-mouse CD8 alpha/Biotin at a concentration of 10 mg/ml, after which they were washed twice and incubated with of 2o reagent Streptavidin/R-PE (Catalog #253-050). Cells were washed three times, fixed and analyzed using a BD FACS Calibur.
