Antiserum was obtained from goats immunized with purified mouse IgG, and polyclonal antibody was purified by immunospecific affinity chromatography. Nonspecific binding was reduced by adsorbtion to human serum proteins. The prep was then reacted with NHS-Biotin. Unconjugated Biotin was removed from conjugate using extensive dialysis. Antibody conjugate is at 0.2 mg/ml.
