anti-CD64 (Fc gamma RI)

anti-human CD64 (Fc gamma RI)

Human CD64 is a high affinity receptor for monomeric human IgG1 and IgG3 which is expressed on macrophages, monocytes, and gamma interferon induced neutrophils.  CD64 plays an important role in clearance of immune complexes and in antibody dependent cytoxicity (3, 4, 5).

mAb name/Clone: 10.1

Isotype: Murine IgG1

Immunogen: Human rheumatoid synovial fluid cells/monocytes

Specificity: Antibody 10.1 recognizes the CD64 molecule of 72 kd from gene Fc gamma RIA (1, 3).

Immunochemistry Applications: Flow cytometry      Immunoprecipitation      Frozen Sections      Western Blot

Functional Application: Antibody 10.1 blocks binding of Fc gamma RI to immunoglobin opsonized cells (1).
